Cancellation:
Please do contact Irena at your earliest convenience if you are unable to make your appointment.
If a client cancels an appointment within 48 hours’ we will retain 50% of the service charge.
On condition that a session is being cancelled way in advance of the booking date (at least 7 days’ notice), then there will be a £50 fee for business refund transaction fees.
Rescheduling:
Please do contact Irena at your earliest convenience if you wish to reschedule your appointment.
If client requests to reschedule with notice less than 7 days, an admin fee of £50 will be applied.
Travel expenses:
Further travel fares apply if you are based 10 miles away from London.
After-sales service:
Once you are happy with the completed service, the personal stylist can provide 1 week of extra support for clients. If client has any style questions, they are free to email, message or call the stylist during this time period.
